Vetted overseas recruitment, from search to government-authorised contract

House Maid for Kuwait connects households with reliable housekeepers. We built a system that helps users find trustworthy maids from abroad, added advanced search tools and safeguards aimed at user safety, and generated government-authorised contracts between the parties — backed by the operations, contract, and invoicing dashboards the agencies run day to day.

Each worker carries a reference code, nationality, agency, and assigned office, with passport and biodata documents attached to the record alongside a history and notes trail.
Contracts generate invoices with receipt and payment vouchers, part-payment tracking against a balance, and Kuwaiti dinar totals settled by cash, K-NET, or a payment link.
Permissions are set per module and per action — read, add, edit, delete, print — so office staff, agencies, and administrators only reach the records their role allows.
Local recruitment offices and overseas partner agencies are first-class entities, letting one deployment serve several branches and sending agencies at once.
Names and details are stored in both English and Arabic on the same record, so contracts and invoices can be produced in either language for Kuwaiti use.
